The first building to be constructed at the Dallesport Industrial Park, known then as The Dalles Cherry Growers Building, and the rail siding extended along its south side. The unpaved intersection of Dock Road and Parallel Avenue is visible in the foreground. The building was constructed for the Port by Plemmons Industries between October 1971 and April 1972 at a cost of $243,390.
