Bingen Point Business Park as it appeared prior to industrial development. The 150 Bingen Point Building (aka Bldg. 1C), 154 Bingen Point Building (aka Bldg. 1A), and 139 Columbia River Building (aka Bldg. 1B) can be seen approximately half-way across and one-third from the bottom of the picture. The old traffic circle can be seen near the center of the photograph with the old Harbor Drive running toward the top-right corner of the picture. A few months after this photograph, the old Bingen Harbor dock was replaced, groundbreaking took place for the new 118 Columbia River Building (aka Bldg. 1D), and the placement of rock and fill material from the WSDOT SR-14 project in the parcels near the Maple Street entrance began.
