Oliver P. Kreps exchanges a $105,000 check for the deed to 375 acres of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' (USACE) property near The Dalles Dam. The property purchased in this transaction established the core of the Dallesport Industrial Park. In the foreground are USACE Portland District Engineer Colonel Robert L.
