Contracts

The Port follows applicable state law in awarding contracts using the appropriate Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Invitation to Bid (ITB) processes as required. Contracts are awarded to the responsible provider submitting the lowest responsive quote, proposal, or bid or to the professional with the highest qualification score. All contracts are available for viewing by using the links below and/or by visiting the Port office in accordance with RCW 39.04.200 and RCW 53.08.400.
